*PEARLS of Naples - PROSPECTIVE MEMBER APPLICATION FORM/ General Information
Requirements
 
Thank you for your interest in joining PEARLS of NAPLES. Once the application form has been submitted you will be contacted by the person in charge of Membership. 
Please be sure to click on "submit" when you finish filling out the Pearl's Application Form. All questions MUST BE ANSWERED or it will not submit.
 
Applicants must be members in good standing of Naples Newcomers or a sister club or provide a sponsored endorsement from a Pearls member. Applicants must have a valid Florida driver’s license or be a permanent Florida resident. Openings will be filled by approval of the Executive Board. Before being admitted to membership, applicants must attend one (1) business luncheon meeting.
 
Monthly business luncheons are held at various country clubs, or other venues, throughout Naples and meet every 3rd Thursday at 11:30 am. Membership is limited to 150 members.
 
Members are required to attend at least 5 out of 12 monthly luncheons annually (January-December). The attendance requirement is prorated during the first year of membership. Dues for Pearl's members are $42/Annually. Dues for new members joining January through June will be 100% of the annual dues. Members joining from July through December will be at 50% of the annual dues. There is a $15 Administrative fee in addition to your dues. 
January through June       $42/dues plus $15/fee = $57
July through December     $21/dues plus $15/fee = $36
Additionally, you must submit proof of Florida residency (copy of FL drivers license or Voter Registration) to the Membership VP.

PROSPECTIVE MEMBER APPLICATION FORM
RELEASE, WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF PEARLS OF NAPLES
In consideration of the Pearls of Naples Club, allowing my participation in the Club, I release and waive all liability claims or demands, due to any cause, including
negligence of any type, against the Club, its officers, Board of Directors, members, and those acting for the Club (hereinafter collectively “Parties being Released”), for any injury, damage, expense, loss, of any kind, including death, sustained by
reason of my or my family’s involvement in Club meetings, events, bus trips, activities, including involvement at the home of a member, or carpooling (hereinafter collectively Activities).
I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Parties being Released from any liability for any injury of any person(s), damage to property, and/or death that may result from negligence of any type by the Parties being Released or by my
negligent or intentional acts or omission while taking part in any of the Activities. I agree to follow the Bylaws of the Club. I have a Florida driver’s license or Voter Registration card. 
I further agree to the use of photographs taken at any club activity or event to be published on our website, flyers or presentations.
NEW PEARL'S INTRODUCTION AT LUNCHEON
You will be asked to present a brief introduction of yourself at the luncheon. It is a nice way to get to know our new Pearls a little better. The information will also be on our website along with your photo in the New Members Profile area.
Your information will only be visible to other Pearl members and NOT to the public. You can see it on your computer, once you are a member, by clicking that menu choice on the top menu bar on the Home Page of pearlsofnaples.org.
On your phone, look for the three small lines under the clam shell that signify the menu. Below is the type of information you might want to share.
